These materials may be used by DFHA for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n Social media platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Websites and email communications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Printed materials, flyers, and brochures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Local news coverage and advertising<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n These images and recordings may feature participants individually or in group settings and may be used without restriction for future DFHA-related promotions.<\/p>\n For participants under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required<\/strong>. By agreeing to this waiver, the parent or guardian grants permission to DFHA to use photographs, videos, or other media of their child in the manners described above, without compensation or further approval.<\/p>\n If a parent or guardian does not wish for their child to be photographed or recorded, written notice must be submitted to DFHA prior to the child\u2019s participation in the activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n Parents or guardians who do not consent to media use must:<\/p>\n Submit a written opt-out request via email to [contact@delawarefieldhockey.com]<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provide the participant\u2019s full name, program name, and dates of participation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Acknowledge that DFHA will make reasonable efforts to exclude the participant from media, but cannot guarantee full exclusion from wide-angle or group photos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n By participating in DFHA programs or by checking the boxes on the registration forms, participants and\/or their parents\/guardians indicate they have read, understand, and agree to this media release policy.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”University of Delaware Rullo Stadium Facility Participation Waiver” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” toggle_level=”h2″ open=”off”]<\/p>\n Delaware Field Hockey Association LLC (DFHA) is a nonprofit organization that offers recreational adult field hockey leagues, practices, tournaments, and social events primarily hosted at the University of Delaware\u2019s Fred P. Rullo Stadium, located at 645 S College Ave, Newark, DE 19713 (“Rullo Stadium”). DFHA rents the Rullo Stadium for these activities, and this agreement applies to all events and facilities provided by DFHA.<\/p>\n For the purposes of this waiver:<\/p>\n \u201cDFHA Parties\u201d<\/strong> refers to DFHA\u2019s Board of Directors, members, representatives, officers, employees, volunteers, owners, and all successors, heirs, and assigns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \u201cRullo Stadium Facilities\u201d<\/strong> refers to the field, stadium, and all equipment, fixtures, or property used at the location.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n By participating in DFHA activities at Rullo Stadium, I acknowledge that field hockey, like all physical activities, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, and death.
